New modification of the RASCAN-4 radar has been developed. It is RASCAN-4/7000 with frequency range of 6.4 - 6.8 GHz. Resolution in the plane of sounding has been improved by 50% while depth of sounding is up to 10 cm.
Design of the device hasn't been changed.
